someone from our midst,

someone who was dear to us

who will be sincerely missed.

Something seems missing...

a melody has gone,

but in its place a thousand strong 

were passed to others

going on and on...

Something seems missing...

the passion Nancy shared

was something we could not resist,

its landed now on all of us

and like her tenacity it will persist.

Something seems missing...

although we know it's true,

the empty place that Nancy graced

remains in me and you.
