of the world
and its cruelty
presenting itself
for each of us

But You are always here
resonant and true

A place of peace,

that You know best
and underneath
this continual cry
the constant comfort
of reassurance lies-
Christ came for me,
You'll never let go,

that nothing
in heaven or earth

the words You spoke
